Justransform
Capability 04 — Data Intelligence

One version of truth. Across everything.

Data is standardized, validated, and unified from the moment it enters the system. GS1, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, Peppol, HL7 — all embedded. Lookups consistent. References unified. No data quality process, because quality is enforced at entry.

Quality at entry

Bad data costs enterprises $12.9M a year. The industry said “clean it after.” We enforce it at entry.

Data quality is typically a downstream problem — ETL jobs, data warehouse processes, manual reviews. By the time bad data is detected, it has already caused delays, wrong invoices, missed shipments, and compliance failures.

“Standards aren't applied. They're embedded.”

Every standard your business runs on

Embedded at the architecture layer. Present from the first transaction.

47 embedded data standards covering supply chain, finance, healthcare, logistics, and government compliance. Not connected. Not plugged in. Embedded.

JTStandards

Embedded validation, not post-processing.

Every EDI document is validated against its trading partner spec the moment it arrives. Not later. Not in a batch. Immediately — before any downstream process sees a single byte. JTStandards contains the validation rules for every partner you trade with.

  • Automatic 997 acknowledgement generation for X12 transactions
  • Automatic CONTRL generation for UN/EDIFACT documents
  • Partner-specific rules — Walmart's requirements differ from Target's, and JTStandards knows both
  • Immediate rejection with structured error detail when validation fails
  • Canonical object created in the same pass as validation — no second step
JTNetwork · Peppol

European e-invoicing. Built in.

Peppol network access is included in the platform — not a separate subscription, not a separate access point. Send and receive e-invoices in any Peppol-compliant country through the same canonical Invoice object.

  • Automatic format conversion: PEPPOL BIS 3.0, XRechnung, Factur-X, FatturaPA
  • Government compliance for France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Nordics — all handled
  • No separate Peppol access point subscription required
  • Mandate tracking — as countries adopt new requirements, the system updates
  • Same invoice canonical object, all formats, all countries
The data intelligence layer

Consistent reference data, across every process.

JTLookup maintains a single authoritative table for every reference value — so Incoterm FOB means the same thing in the purchase order, the invoice, and the shipment.

Standards intelligence in practice

Three scenarios. One canonical truth.

01

Onboarding Walmart

JTStandards has Walmart's specific EDI requirements pre-loaded. When a supplier sends an EDI 850 Purchase Order, it's validated against Walmart's exact specification — not the generic X12 standard, but Walmart's implementation. Errors are caught at entry, not in a downstream review.

02

Multi-country e-invoicing

A single canonical Invoice object in Justransform. When it needs to reach a German customer, JTNetwork produces an XRechnung. To a French customer, Factur-X. To an Italian public administration, FatturaPA. The same object, every format, every country.

03

Post-acquisition data harmonization

An acquired company uses different part numbers, currency codes, and Incoterm conventions. Procurement calls freight "FRT." Finance calls it "FOB." JTLookup resolves every reference value to a single authoritative meaning across all processes.
